Lessie Blooms is a local, small business and understands that reputation is everything. If there are ever any issues with your order, please notify us as soon as possible and we will endeavor to rectify any issues.

All floral arrangements are made with fresh flowers, often purchased the same day as theyre ordered. All sales are final and orders are non refundable.

Some arrangement colours and blooms will vary in color and size due to seasonal availability, however Lessie Blooms will purchase the best available florals for your arrangement.

Deliveries are made by our amazing staff, and we will do our very best to ensure they are made as fast as possible, however there may be occasions or circumstances out of our control that may delay a delivery by a few hours. Any issues with deliveries will be communicated with the customer via phone as soon as they arise.
